Supply Chain (General Manager)

Responsible for overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
Report to the management any inefficient practices noticed/propose strategy to amend.
Implement/improve supply chain processes
Continuous knowledge on external markets impact the materials that we buy, develop a risk management program for each materials and communicate to superiors for approval and adoption.
Support in logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, production, delivery, and returns on products.
Work with sales, production & distribution teams to determine best vendors and distributors.
Manage warehouse availability according to store demand
Determine key supply chain KPIs , develop financial based KPIs to monitor supply chain and procurement performance
Train team members on proper inventory management

Must have Diploma in Supply Chain Management and preferable MBA holer
Must have high management & negotiation skills and problem solving skills to lead sense of urgency and result driven action
Accurate, independent worker, handle pressure
Hands on experience with supply chain management
Prefer to have 3-5 years working experience as a Supply Chain Manager
Fulent in English and excellent communication
