Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
  • Report to the management any inefficient practices noticed/propose strategy to amend.
  • Implement/improve supply chain processes
  • Continuous knowledge on external markets impact the materials that we buy, develop a risk management program for each materials and communicate to superiors for approval and adoption.
  • Support in logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, production, delivery, and returns on products.
  • Work with sales, production & distribution teams to determine best vendors and distributors.
  • Manage warehouse availability according to store demand
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs , develop financial based KPIs to monitor supply chain and procurement performance
  • Train team members on proper inventory management

Job Requirements

  • Must have Diploma in Supply Chain Management and preferable MBA holer
  • Must have high management & negotiation skills and problem solving skills to lead sense of urgency and result driven action
  • Accurate, independent worker, handle pressure
  • Hands on experience with supply chain management
  • Prefer to have 3-5 years working experience as a Supply Chain Manager 
  • Fulent in English and excellent communication
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
