Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
- Report to the management any inefficient practices noticed/propose strategy to amend.
- Implement/improve supply chain processes
- Continuous knowledge on external markets impact the materials that we buy, develop a risk management program for each materials and communicate to superiors for approval and adoption.
- Support in logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, production, delivery, and returns on products.
- Work with sales, production & distribution teams to determine best vendors and distributors.
- Manage warehouse availability according to store demand
- Determine key supply chain KPIs , develop financial based KPIs to monitor supply chain and procurement performance
- Train team members on proper inventory management
Job Requirements
- Must have Diploma in Supply Chain Management and preferable MBA holer
- Must have high management & negotiation skills and problem solving skills to lead sense of urgency and result driven action
- Accurate, independent worker, handle pressure
- Hands on experience with supply chain management
- Prefer to have 3-5 years working experience as a Supply Chain Manager
- Fulent in English and excellent communication
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
